Maxx Bench values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

Product Returns

Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition and is being returned as a result of a manufacturer’s defect or due to an error in processing or shipping. A manufacturer’s defect must be discovered before the product is used. Due the nature of our products we are unable to ascertain if a product was damaged due to misuse or a manufacturer’s defect once it has been used

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.
